What Shipping Methods Are Available??

All original paintings are carefully wrapped, lovingly packaged and mailed via parcelforce, or the Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally??

Yes however additional postage costs will be required please email for a quote.

How long will it take to arrive?

I aim to dispatch orders between 1-4 working days from the time the order is placed. UK orders are by parcel force and will be delivered within 48hours.

How do I place an Order?

On the shop page click add to basket and checkout using PayPal to complete your order.

Can an I cancel my order?

Please contact me by email if you wish to cancel your order. If it has not been dispatched I will cancel however if it has already been dispatched the returns process will be followed and you will be required to pay the postage costs to return the Parcel. See Returns below.

Can I return the item?

If you are not 100% happy with your new painting I offer a 14 day return policy. You have 7 days to contact me by email with any issues and 14 days to ship the item back from the time of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advisable to use a tracked return and retain your receipt as LittleRoeStudio – Jayne Hetherington cannot accept responsibility for lost items in the post.
